Who is HeliBatics.com and what does it mean?
"HeliBatics" is a combination of Helicopters and AeroBatics, meaning aerobatic helicopters, also known as 3D flying. This is not all we are interested in at HeliBatics.com, but it's a good start, and explains how this web site was founded.
Helibatics in currently focusing on multirotors at this time. Specifically, we are developing and testing Octocopter UAV platforms and plan to produce kits for sale very soon. Stay tuned!
Our past activities have mostly included electrically powered R/C helicopters in the 600/700 size range, based on models made by Align, specifically the T-REX 600 and custom stretched variants of it running up to full sized 710mm main blades. Flybarless technology is heavily encouraged as the increase in flight time & efficiency and the amazing amount of flight control will make your old flybarred helicopter seem lethargic. Whether your application is 3D or AP, flybarless is the only way to go!
We are based near Dallas, TX, and ship orders quickly, normally the same or next business day after payment is received. Most destinations in the US will receive orders in just a few days.
SHIPPING: We have just transitioned over from flat rate to calculated shipping by weight for both US and international orders. Shipping cost will include packaging, insurance, and processing fees.
